UTD Loses Non-Conference Battle at OC

EDMOND, Okla. - The UT Dallas men's soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision to Oklahoma Christian in non-conference action at Eagle Soccer Field Thursday night.

The Eagles (2-2-1) led in shots 13-6 overall and 6-3 on goal.

First Half Highlights
- The Comets (3-3-1) struck first with a goal by Carson Burden 1:56 into the contest. He struck from the top of the box after a deflection of an Eagle defender.
- Ethan Nakolo leveled the score for OC at the 15th minute, assisted by Tyler Ackah-Wheatcroft and Igor Caballero.  
- The Eagles took the lead in the 40th minute with a goal by Ackah-Wheatcroft, assisted by Aiden Jordan.  
- Morgan English, goalkeeper for UTD, recorded multiple saves, stopping attempts from Nakolo and Ashton Mullins.  
Second Half Highlights
- Burden attempted an early shot for UTD, which went wide at 49:07.  
- Luis Alvis of OC had a shot miss at 52:06 before Nick Hardiman saved a shot from Luke Harris at 53:29.  
- Nakolo extended the Eagles' lead to 3-1 with a goal at 63:41, assisted by Joshua Wells.  
- The Comets pressured late with multiple shots, including one by Julio De Los Reyes saved by Hardiman at 68:36.
