Media Requests and Credentials
Thank you for your interest in covering UT Dallas Athletics. The following guidelines apply to all media covering Comets' athletic events.
Media Credentials
Credential requests for UT Dallas home events must be emailed to dylan.kuester@utdallas.edu at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Credentials will be distributed on-site, and all credentialed media members will be required to acknowledge and comply with UT Dallas Athletics media policies.
Non-credentialed personnel are not permitted to obtain photographs, interviews, or other media content for personal or professional use.
Media members wishing to receive UT Dallas Athletics press releases may contact cody.usher@utdallas.edu with their name, media affiliation, and preferred email address.
Media Guidelines
All interview requests for UT Dallas student-athletes, coaches, or staff must be coordinated through the Athletics Media Office.
Interviews will be scheduled around academic and athletic commitments. Student-athlete contact information will not be distributed. Media members are asked not to contact student-athletes or coaches directly via phone, email, text message, or social media platforms.
Style Guide
The UT Dallas athletic logos and marks may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written approval from the Athletics Media Office.

Photography: Acceptable Use, Sale, and Restrictions
All photographers and videographers must receive approval from the UT Dallas Athletics Media Office to work from restricted areas, including field level, sidelines pr courtside.
- Sideline and venue restrictions must be followed at all times
- Media members may not enter team bench areas
- A safe distance from playing surfaces must be maintained
- Photographers should not obstruct spectator views
All images captured at UT Dallas athletic events are considered the property of UT Dallas Athletics. Per NCAA regulations, images may not be provided directly to student-athletes unless part of an approved award.
Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the UT Dallas Director of Athletics, and the institution must be granted full
