Clint Dunham was mired in a hitting slump to start the 2010 season -- his first as a Comet -- but eventually spiked his batting average to .309 before the end of the spring. He split time at first base with sophomore Kyle Guest, and has one season of eligibility left should he elect to return in 2011.

Dunham previously played collegiate ball at North Lake College, where he was a second team All-American standout, and Tarleton State University (Stephenville, TX).

2010: Batted .309, tallying 17 hits in 55 at-bats...appeared in 21 games, earning 13 starts...totaled eight RBIs and one home run, which he blasted in a win over Wabash College (IN) on March 10.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a First Team All-District standout at Lamar HS (Arlington, TX)...also played on Lamar's varsity basketball team.
