Biography

Neal Gordon resurrected his baseball career in 2008 with the Comets after sitting out the 2007 season while attending school at UT-Arlington. Started 32 games in the outfield and hit .316 with six doubles and three home runs with a .429 slugging percentage. Drove in 25 runs, and stole 6 bases in 7 attempts. Should be another full-time contributor in 2009.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played in 2005 and 2006 at Cedar Valley CC.

2009: .331 avg, started and played in 28 games, 7 2b, 1 3b, 2 hr, 20 rbi. Earned Academic All Conference

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain and MVP of his high school team at Jersey Village HS.

MAJOR: Business Management.

AMBITION: International Business.
