Trey Simpkins earned a spot on the UTD squad as a freshman in 2008, He is a hard-working attacking midfielder who can also move up front if needed, coaches say.

HIGH SCHOOL: Won second-team All-District honors as a senior at Highland Park HS after earning honorable mention recognition as a junior. Also part of a successful club team and ran cross country.
