Biography

Makesa Richey comes to UTD after spending the 2010 season at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Before that, Richey played two seasons at Paris Junior College. Richey was a two-time all-district performer at Rockwall High School (Rockwall, TX), earning District MVP honors as a senior.

2010: Played at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Played in 33 games with 20 starts in the outfield for the Savage Storm. Hit .254 as a junior with four home runs.

2008 & 2009: Spent two seasons at Paris Junior College. Hit .436 with 15 home runs as a sophomore at PJC. Named Team MVP in 2009, picking up all-region honors.
