Molly Slowick is in her second stint as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, beginning in February 2026. She originally joined the UT Dallas staff in August 2024.

In between stints in Richardson, Slowick was the Director of Compliance for the University of North Texas in Denton from March 2025-January 2026.

Slowick previously served as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Texas Tech University in Lubbock for a year. While with the Red Raiders, she oversaw multiple NCAA Division I compliance areas such as interpretations of bylaws, education, student-athlete eligibility, expenses and student-athlete employment. Slowick also assisted with research and compliance reports to the Big 12 Conference. 

A 2022 graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech, she also served as an intern and graduate assistant in the compliance office. Slowick earned a Master of Sport Management from Colorado State University in 2024.
