LONGVIEW, TX (10.16.18) - The UT Dallas volleyball team picked up its fourth straight win Tuesday night as the Comets rolled to a 3-0 road victory over LeTourneau in American Southwest Conference East Division play.

With the win, the Comets improved 16-7 overall and 11-1 against ASC foes and will close out the league slate with two more road matches this weekend against divisional foes. UTD will travel to Pineville, La., Friday night for a match at Louisiana College before wrapping up conference play Saturday afternoon at Belhaven in Jackson, Miss.

Dylan Brinkman led the Comets with 12 kills while Alyssa Porter added 11 kills in a match that took just over an hour to complete. UTD got off to a hot start with a 25-10 win in the opening set and then closed out the sweep with 25-20 and 25-16 victories in sets two and three.

The Comets ended the match hitting .184 as a team, collecting eight aces and four total blocks. Jillian Via led UTD with 19 digs while setter Caroline Shecterle had three aces and 20 assists.
