CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - The UT Dallas men's soccer team tied Ozarks 1-1 at Hurie Soccer Field in American Southwest Conference play Saturday afternoon.
The host Eagles (8-1-3, 2-0-1 ASC) got on the board early with a goal by Charleus Emmanuel Ritch, assisted by Sebastien Bathard and Kyle Seymour.
The game remained 1-0 until Comet (5-3-3, 1-1-1 ASC) freshman defender
Jason Young scored with 2:02 left in the contest. Sophomore
Riley O'Donnell dribble down the left side of the field, and drilled a pass from the corner which Young headed from the far right of the goal.
For the game, UTD outshot Ozarks 13-6 overall and 7-3 on goal. Both teams took four corner kicks and the Comets led 14-11 in fouls.
UT Dallas Notes
- Young scored the first goal of his career.
- O'Donnell's assist tied him for the team lead with three and brought his career total to seven.

Nate Patton took five shots, one on goal.
