ABILENE, Texas - The UT Dallas women's soccer 2022 campaign came to an end Tuesday with a 1-0 loss at McMurry in the American Southwest Conference Championship Quarterfinals.

Katie Wilson gave the fourth-seed War Hawks (8-5-4) the only goal of the game in the 21st minute.

McMurry outshot fifth-seeded UTD (7-7-2) 10-7 overall and 5-4 on goal. The War Hawks also led in corner kicks 7-2 and fouls 10-7.

Comet senior forward Kaitlin Manning played in her final collegiate contest.

UT Dallas Notes
- Freshman forward Alexa Poage too two shots on goal to lead the Comets.
- Midfielder Grace Bales also took a shot on goal, as did Melanie Marchant.
- Sophomore keeper Jade Press recorded four goals.
- Peyton Guidry and Keely Wallace recorded a shot each.
- Bales, Guidry, Bella Granada and Janae Shaklee played all 90 minutes.
