RICHARDSON, TX (02.19.22) - The UT Dallas men's tennis team fell to NCAA Division I opponent Oral Roberts Saturday afternoon by a score of 7-0.
 
The visiting Golden Eagles (1-5) opened the dual with a clean sweep of doubles play, picking up one point in the team competition using NCAA D-I rules. ORU then completed the 7-0 victory by taking all six singles matches. Nick Boquet put up a good fight at No. 4 singles, falling 6-4 in set one before dropping the second with a score of 7-5. All other matches went in favor of Oral Roberts, with no sets going above three points on the Comets' side. 

The Comets continue out-of-division play with their third straight non-Division III foe when they visit Dallas Baptist on Saturday, Feb. 26, in Arlington.
