RICHARDSON, Texas - UT Dallas tennis players
Benjamin Dubois and
Presley Churchman were recognized for their sportsmanship as part of the Lone Star Conference postseason awards, the league announced Wednesday.
Dubois, a senior from Bromont, Quebec, was named LSC Sportsmanship Player of the Year and headlined the nine-player Sportsmanship Team, which exemplifies outstanding sportsmanship, character and ethical conduct while displaying the true spirit of competition and college tennis. He went 6-7 in singles and 4-9 in doubles this season. Dubois also serves as the Chi Alpha Sigma chapter president and finished his career tied for eighth in career singles wins at UTD.
Churchman, a freshman from Prosper, Texas, was named to the women's Sportsmanship Team. She went 9-8 in singles play in 2026 and 9-9 in doubles.
