SILVER CITY, N,M. - The UT Dallas men's tennis team lost a Lone Star Conference road match to Western New Mexico by the score of 6-1 at the Mustang Tennis Courts on Friday afternoon.

The host Mustangs (6-6, 2-1 LSC) took the doubles points by winning all three match-ups. Yannick Rogulski and Jack Semper defeated the Comets' (1-11, 1-3 LSC) top duo of Benjamin Dubois and Matheus de Freitas Zanellato 6-4.

In singles, Dubois won his 24th career duel by topping Benjamin Vriends 3-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-7) at number two. 

Zanellato played Christoph Lund-Kuhl close in 7-5, 6-3 loss at number four. Eduardo Pastor fell to Djamel-Dine Bey 6-1, 6-3 in the sixth spot.

UTD will be back in action at home against #19 Midwestern State on Friday, April 10 at 2 p.m.
