2010-11: Named second team All-American by the NABC after averaging 17.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game...averaged 30.1 minutes per game while starting all 28 contests...scored in double figures in all but two games, reaching 20 points eight times, including a career-high 33 points at Ozarks on Dec. 18...grabbed double-digit rebounds four times, including career-high 13 boards against Texas Lutheran on Dec. 8...had four "double-doubles"...tabbed first team All-ASC after being named ASC East Player of the Year...named first team Academic All-District by CoSIDA...tabbed Academic All-ASC for second straight season...two-time ASC East Player of the Week...shot 52.6 percent from the field, 40.9 percent from three-point range and 71 percent from the free-throw line.

2009-10: Played in all 30 games with four starts as a sophomore...averaged 11.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 23.6 minutes per game...registered a career-high 25 points against Hardin-Simmons on Jan. 4...was an ASC All-East Division Honorable Mention selection...earned a spot on the ASC All-Academic Team...shot 49 percent from the field, 41.8 percent from three-point range and 81.8 percent from the foul line.

2008-09: Played in 30 of UTD’s 31 games, coming off the bench…logged 11.7 minutes per game as a freshman…averaged 4.8 points and 2.2 rebounds en route to being named to the ASC East Division All-Freshman Team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Barnes was a First Team All-District player at Churchill High School (San Antonio), earning a pair of All-Tournament awards and Academic All-State honors his senior year…his team twice advanced to the area finals during his career.
