Rachel Houston emerged as UT Dallas' No. 1 singles player as a freshman in 2010, helping guide the Comets to the American Southwest Conference Tournament. She was tabbed as UTD's top singles performer in all 14 matches, finishing the season over .500, and shelved two ASC All-East Division postseason awards.

2010: Compiled an 8-6 record in singles action...was 6-7 in doubles play alongside teammate Jennifer Solis...awarded the Team MVP award by coach Brian Whitt...was named to the ASC All-East Division Second Team for both Singles and Doubles.
