One of the Comets’ most physical post players, Maish can create space inside with his 6-7, 275-lb. frame. His playing time spiked in 2007-08, but was sidelined as a medical redshirt with a shoulder injury in 2008-09.

After playing his third full season for UT Dallas in 2009-10, Maish became a three-time honoree on the American Southwest Conference All-Academic Team. He has one more season of eligibility.

2009-10: Appeared in 12 games, averaging 1.1 points...went 2-for-3 from beyond the arc...elected to the ASC All-Academic Team for the third straight year.

2008-09: Appeared in only one game due to a season-ending shoulder injury.

2007-08: Averaged 4.1 points-per-game in reserve role as a sophomore…led team with nine blocks…appeared in all 26 games.

2006-07: As a freshman, averaged 5.5 minutes, recording 2.0 points-per-game in 21 games.

HIGH SCHOOL: High school teammate of UTD’s Scott Rodgers…named Academic All-State, First Team All-County and Second Team All-District.
