Shelby Stephens joins the Comets after earning first team all-district honors as a senior at Willis High School (Willis, TX). She was also named honorable mention all-district three times prior to her senior season. Stephens helped guide WHS to a bi-district title in 2010. She also played basketball and volleyball.
