Summary

Biography

Jordan Eppink started in all but one of his 113 games as a Comet, and left an indelible mark on the UT Dallas men's basketball program by becoming it's all-time leading rebounder in 2009-10, his final season.

Strong and physical in the post, Eppink eclipsed Eric Chatham (2001-05) as the school's all-time leading rebounder in a Jan. 18 win at the Ozarks. He also scored his 1,000th career point during his season year, and at the most fitting of moments -- with six seconds left against Wheaton College (IL) in the NCAA Div. III Tournament. The basket, a five-foot jumper in the lane, proved to be the game-winner, propelling UTD to the "Sweet Sixteen" for the second straight year.

Eppink is an ASC Academic All-Conference honoree, as well as a two-time UTD Distinguished Scholar-Athlete.

2009-10: Averaged 10.2 points and 5.9 rebounds en route to earning American Southwest Conference All-East Division Second Team honors...scored a season-high 21 points in a Feb. 8 win over the Ozarks...made his 100th career start against Louisiana College on Jan. 28...became a three-time selection to the ASC All-Academic Team.
