Biography

A transfer from Clarendon Community College, Wright took over the Comets' starting point guard position last season and played in all 26 games with 17 starts. Dished out 61 assists while also averaging 7.4 points per game and pulling down 66 rebounds. Shot .539 from th field, including 7 three-pointers. Was 42-of-68 at the foul line

2009: Played in and started 31 games, 165 total rebounds 5.3 avg, lead team with 109 a, 12.1 avg pts. Player of the week 11/25. Second Team for Point Guard.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played two years at Odessa Permian HS, where he also ran track.
