Rodriguez became a viable reserve option at forward for coach Jack Peel, appearing in 18 games during his freshman season. He scored over 20 goals as a senior in high school and has great offensive instincts. Coaches believe Rodriguez has a promising future as a part of UT Dallas’ front line.

2009: Scored one goal on 12 shots…made 18 appearances, including three starts at forward.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity soccer at Adamson HS (Dallas, TX), where he was named DISD Freshman of the Year in 2006, DISD Tournament MVP in 2007 and Midfielder of the Year in 2008…led the Dallas-Fort Worth region in assists during his senior season…also ran cross country…played on the Classic League Third- and Second-Division teams.
