Biography

Courtney Lievsay, filled in as a utility infielder during her first season at UT Dallas in 2010. Though Lievsay was a new addition in the spring, she was voted as a team co-captain alongside second baseman Natalie Duran. She missed only a handful of games in 2010, logging a majority of her innings at the catcher position.

Lievsay, who has three years of eligibility remaining, is a transfer student from Texas Tech, where she did not play.

2010: Batted .260 at the plate, driving in 19 runs off 25 hits...recorded five doubles and was plated 10 times...appeared in 35 games, earning 34 starting gigs.
