Biography

Clint Laukhuf, a former Marine, brought his leadership skills to the tennis court during his first season with UT Dallas in 2010. He was originally tabbed as the team's No. 2 singles player, and was 1-0 at the No. 1 post. Laukhuf will return to anchor the Comets in 2011.

2010: Was 4-6 in all singles matches, winning his only contest played at the No. 1 position (against Mary Hardin-Baylor)...named the American Southwest Conference East Division Player of the Week (April 14)...was 2-9 overall in doubles action...was given the Comet Award by coach Brian Whitt at season's end.
