Katelynn Flory’s minutes in net were limited to start the 2009 season, her first at UT Dallas, but emerged as a dependable goalkeeper when starter Andrea Jones was relegated to the Comets’ front line during the American Southwest Conference playoffs. Coach John Antonisse hopes to work Flory into more time in the net in 2010.

Flory posted a 2-2-1 record in five starts—including three playoff appearances—and will likely split time with Jones once more in 2010.

2009: Appeared in eight games, starting five in net…logged 492 minutes of playing time…corralled 17 saves and allowed seven goals.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-District goalkeeper at Plano Senior HS (Plano, TX)…also played basketball in high school.

MAJOR: Business

AMBITION: Attend culinary school and open own restaurant.
