Whitney Taylor was a multi-sport star in high school who came to UTD with a huge legacy as the younger sister of former UTD soccer star Natalie Taylor (2002-2005).

2008: Played in 21 games, had 4 assists

HIGH SCHOOL: Taylor played soccer, basketball, volleyball, golf and ran cross country at Midland Classical Academy, playing on four different private school state championship teams - Basketball (2005 & 2008), Golf (2005) and Cross Country (2006). Was a first team All-State and All-State Tournament player in basketball in 2008, when she was also the district MVP. Also won All-State recognition as both a sophomore and junior. In addition was an honor student.
