Box Score CLARKSVILLE, AR (10.30.10) – Both the UT Dallas men's and women's soccer teams picked up 2-0 wins over the University of the Ozarks in their regular season finale on Saturday, assuring them a berth in their respective American Southwest Conference Championship Tournaments next weekend. Neither, however, got the help they needed to wrap a first-round bye in the tournament.

The Comets were able to hold up their end of the bargain with victories over Ozarks, but finished third after the results from matches between Mississippi College and UT Tyler came in.
The MC women lost 3-0 to UTT, meaning the Patriots wrapped up second-place with a final 11-2-0 conference record. The Comet women, who defeated UTT last weekend in overtime, finished the conference schedule percentage points behind at 10-2-1 with an overall record of 12-5-1.
In the men's race, the UT Tyler men, who wrapped up the regular season title Thursday night, were overrun by Mississippi College by the same 3-0, meaning the Choctaws solidified their claim to the No. 2 seed with a 9-3-0 mark while UTD was percentage points behind at 8-2-2.
