The Comets a quick 2-0 lead with a pair of runs in the bottom of the 1st inning as Hudec and Navarro each picked up RBI singles. Navarro's three-run home run in the 2nd frame, her first of the season, ignited the Comets to a six-run inning as UTD secured an early 8-0 advantage. Ravin Wilson single.
