Box Score LOS ANGELES, CA (10.22.17) - The UT Dallas men's soccer team got a late goal from freshman Jared Ray as the Comets rallied for a 3-2 win over UC Santa Cruz, on the campus of Occidental College Sunday afternoon.

Trailing 1-0 at the half, the Comets (8-5-2) got three second-half goals by three different players to extend their unbeaten streak to four games. UTD got goals by Cole Trevor-Wilson and Daaron McFarling early in the second half but the Banana Slugs (5-10-1) evened the game with less than four minutes remaining. Ray's first collegiate goal came with 1:43 left in regulation to give the Comets the victory.

UTD returns home Thursday night as the Comets host LeTourneau in American Southwest Conference play. Game time is 7:30 p.m. at the UTD Soccer Field.
