LONGVIEW, TX (10.25.19) - The UT Dallas volleyball team officially recorded a 20-win season for the 14th straight fall Friday night with a 3-0 road win over LeTourneau in American Southwest Conference East Division play.

With Friday's sweep of the YellowJackets, the Comets improved to 20-4 overall and sits 12-1 in ASC play with just one league match to go. UTD will return to action Friday with a 7 p.m. non-conference match at Centenary before closing the regular season Saturday afternoon at ASC foe Louisiana College.

Allison Owen sparked UTD with a match-high 12 kills while a trio of Comets - Catherine Croft, Lauren Schilling and Jillian Via - contributed eight kills each in match last lasted just over an hour. The Comets hit .315 as a team with setters Caroline Shecterle (30) and Sydney Fitt (13) paced UTD to 45 assists on 47 assists. UTD finished with 10 service aces and averaged better than 17 digs per set.
