AUSTIN, TX (03.13.21) - The UT Dallas baseball team wrapped up its three-game American Southwest Conference series with Concordia Texas Saturday with a 6-2 loss to the Tornados.

Nick Balley accounted for all the Comets' offense as he belted a two-run homer in the top of the 7th after host CTX had taken a 5-0 lead earlier in the contest. The Tornados plated two runs in the 1st and three more in the 3rd to jump ahead early. CTX then added a late home run the bottom of the 7th.

Balley finished the game 1-for-4 with two RBI as the Comets (now 7-4, 6-3 ASC) managed just six hits off of the four CTX pitchers that took the mound.

The Comets return to action Tuesday at 2 p.m. when they host McMurry in non-conference action.
