ROME, Ga. - UT Dallas senior Suzuka Nishino reach the semifinals of the consolation bracket at the ITA Cup on Friday.

Nishino, who is a two-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association Southwest Regional singles champion, lost to Pomona-Pitzer's #4 Angie Zhou, the Individual NCAA Runner-Up from 2022, 6-2, 6-1 in the first round

In the consolation semifinals, Nishino defeated Cassidy Binder of Pacific (Ore.) 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) before falling to Carnegie Mellon's Sarah Yang 6-2, 6-1 in the semifnals on Friday.

Nishino, an All-American for the Comets, wrapped up the fall schedule for UTD.
