RICHARDSON, Texas - Three UT Dallas student-athletes were selected to the 2026 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Team, selected by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must carry a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and compete in 50 percent of matches.
Juniors
Kendall Curley and
Reika Nagai and sophomore
Katia Robinson were selected to the team.
Curley, a Marketing major from Keller, Texas, is a two-time Academic All-District honoree. She was also inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society and on the Fall LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. Curley earned four victories at number six singles and played number three doubles.
Nagai, a Biochemistry major from Frisco, Texas, earned Academic All-District honors for the second time and was also inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society and on the Fall LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. She won four matches between number two and three singles and seven matches, primarily in three doubles.
Robinson, a Professional Communication and Digital Media Studies major from Rockwall, Texas, was selected to the Fall LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. She played number one for the Comets, picking up two victories, and won six matches in the top two doubles slots.
