SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The UT Dallas women's soccer team fell to #9 Trinity (Texas) 2-0 at Paul McGinlay Soccer Field Sunday afternoon.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Jade Press kept the game close for the Comets (2-3), recording a career-high 12 saves as the Tigers (5-0) outshot the visitors 33-2 overall and 14-1 on goal.
Taylor Campbell scored the first goal of the game in the 22nd minute on an assist from Michaela Bosco. The Tigers picked up an insurance goal with 3:10 remaining when Mary Sheridan scored on passes from Kyra Stafford and Jordan Guy.
TU held an 8-0 advantage in corner kicks and UTD led in fouls 9-5.
