BELTON, Texas - The UT Dallas men's soccer team lost 2-0 to Mary Hardin-Baylor at the Cru Sports Plex Saturday night.

The American Southwest Conference-leading Cru (7-3-2, 5-0 ASC) scored both goals in the first half. Sawyer Young scored on a corner kick in the 22nd minute, followed by Ethan Dacaret's goal on a pass from Ethan Buchanan in the 37th.

The Comets (6-5-2, 2-2 ASC) managed six shots and two on goal, while the Cru had 18 shots, nine on goal. UMHB led in corner kicks, 7-4, and fouls 16-7.

UT Dallas Notes
- Kayson Marriott and Alan Beaney each had a shot on goal.
- Kane Kidwell took two shots.
- Michael Hesse recorded a career-high nine saves.
- Marriott and Julio De Los Reyes played all 90 minutes.

Mary Hardin-Baylor Notes
- Karsen Macias recorded five shots, three on goal.
- Hayden Owens had two saves in the shutout.
- Chase Duhon, Peyton Hoyt, Keven Daniel and Mason Crites played the entire length of the match.
