MARSHALL, Texas - The UT Dallas women's soccer team tied with East Texas Baptist 1-1 at Cornish Field in American Southwest Conference play Thursday night.
The Comets (8-0-6, 1-0-4 ASC) and Tigers (5-2-5, 2-2-2 ASC) battled to a scoreless draw in non-conference action earlier in the season.
After a scoreless first half, senior forward
Kate Crowe found the goal in the 67th minute for UTD. Fellow senior
Sierra Foster blasted the ball downfield and found Crowe, who found herself one-on-one with the ETBU keeper.Â
The Tigers tied the game with 5:36 remaining on goal from Olivia Gallegos.Â
ETBU outshot the UTD 15-5 overall and 9-3 on goal. The Tigers also led 4-1 in corner kicks and 7-4 in fouls.Â

- The Comets remain unbeaten in 14 games this season, tying the 2018 (12-0-2) squad for longest unbeaten streak in program history.Â
- Crowe's goal was her team-leading seventh of the year.
