RICHARDSON, Texas - The UT Dallas men's soccer team picked up its third consecutive win and second straight shutout as they defeated Austin 3-0 Saturday night at UTD Soccer Field.
After a scoreless first half, the Comets (3-3-2) scored just 2:14 into the second period when sophomore
Hamza Syed picked off a ball from a Kangaroo (5-3) defender and blasted it into the net off his left foot.

Aiden Currie with a pass, who scored from the right side of the box through AC traffic to give UTD a 2-0 advantage. Freshman
Alex Kalakanis connected with
Cole Morgan for the final score in the 70th minute.
The Comets outshot the 'Roos 22-5 overall and 7-1 on goal. The Comets led in corner kicks 4-2 and in fouls, 13-12. Five total yellow cards were issued.
