RICHARDSON, Texas - The UT Dallas women's soccer team picked up its second consecutive home victory, defeating Schreiner 3-1 in dominating fashion at UTD Soccer Field Sunday afternoon.

Chelsea Vilca in the 55th minute.
Vilca scored in the 83rd minute on a penalty kick to give UTD a 2-0 cushion. She struck again with an assist from Chavez just over three minutes later.
The Mountaineers (1-3-1) managed to score on Katelyn Boyd PK with 45 seconds remaining.
UTD outshot Schreiner 27-3 overall and 14-2 on target. Both teams had a corner kick each and the Comets committed more fouls, 7-5.
UT Dallas Notes
- Vilca recorded her first multiple-goal game of the season, finishing with two and an assist. She now has three goals and two assists on the season.
- With Chavez' goal and assist, she now has four goals and two helpers on the year, for a team-leading 10 points.
