RICHARDSON, Texas - The UT Dallas women's tennis team was defeated 6-1 by Cameron in a Lone Star Conference match at the UTD Tennis Courts on Saturday.

The visiting Aggies (7-7, 3-4 LSC) earned the doubles point with victories at number one and three.

The Comets (6-9, 3-3 LSC) earned a victory by retirement at number two singles. Junior Reika Nagai led 7-6 (7-5) after the first set before picking up the point.

CU's Alexa Garcia defeated freshman Presley Churchman 6-2, 7-6 (7-3) at three.

UTD will go on the road on Saturday, April 18 to face Texas A&M-Kingsville at 11 a.m.
