Biography

Stephanie Waller, who showed great promise as a freshman, returns to the Comets after missing much of her sophomore season.

2007: Waller was one of the team's most consistent contributors throughout her freshman year. Won second-team All-ASC East Division honors after posting 300 kills and 69 service aces in 111 games. Averaged 2.96 digs per game and was in on 24 blocks.

2008: Played in the first 36 games of the season primarily as a libero, and tallied 122 digs, averaging 3.39 per game.

HIGH SCHOOL: Waller had an MVP and all-district career on a playoff team at Wylie HS, where she was teammates with Niki Calverley and Mary Le. Also won Academic All-State in HS, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class.
