Natalie Marlowe

A former four-year starter at the NCAA Division I level, Natalie Marlowe joined UT Dallas women’s basketball staff as a full-time assistant in 2016.

In just her second season with the Comets, Marlowe was listed among the Thirty Under 30 by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).  She is a graduate of the 2018 NCAA Women Coaches Academy class #44 that was held in Denver, Colo.. The NCAA Women Coaches Academy, hosted in partnership between the Alliance of Women Coaches and the NCAA, is a four-day educational training available to NCAA coaches of all experience levels, and is designed for women coaches who are ready to increase their individual effectiveness by learning advanced skills and strategies that directly affect their personal and team success.
 
A native of South Milwaukee, Wis., Marlowe came to UTD after spending one season as an assistant coach at NCAA D-I Incarnate Word. While at UIW, Marlowe served as the program's strength and conditioning liaison in addition coaching point guards.
 
Prior to her short stint at UIW, Marlowe spent three seasons as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at NCAA D-III Hendrix. During her time with the Warriors, Marlowe coached eight all-conference players and had 26 players named to the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Academic Honor Roll.
 
Marlowe was a four-year starting guard while at Chicago State University, earning honorable mention All-Great West honors twice and second team All-Great West recognition as a senior. She helped lead the Cougars to the Great West regular-season and postseason tournament title as a junior. She ended her playing career ranked second all-time at CSU in assists (396).
 
She earned her bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from CSU in 2012 and is currently working toward her master's degree in Sports Management at Incarnate Word.
