Allen, along with UTD standout Kyleigh Irish, was part of a sensational 2006 class that eventually led the Comets to American Southwest Conference championships in 2008 and 2009. She left her mark on the program as one of UTD’s most effective scorers and blockers.

She will graduate as the Comets’ all-time leader in attack percentage (.252) and total blocks (220) after earning All-ASC honors in each of her first three seasons.

2009: Appeared in just 11 matches, amassing 40 kills…had nine kills in UTD’s “Senior Night” win over LeTourneau on Oct. 30, 2009…maintained an attack percentage of .250.

2008: Named First Team All-ASC East Division for the second straight season…posted 295 kills (2.71 per game), 25 aces and 249 digs…was twice named the ASC East Division Offensive Player of the Week.

2007: Followed up with an even better sophomore season, winning First Team All-ASC East Division recognition as well as an ASC East Division Offensive Player of the Week award…played in 108 games, averaging 2.56 kills…totaled 276 kills throughout the season…was a part of 77 blocks.

2006: Earned Second Team All-ASC East Division honors as a freshman…finished second on the team in both kills (296) and blocks (76)…was once named an ASC East Division Player of the Week.

HIGH SCHOOL: Allen was a three-time All-District performer—and a team MVP—at Converse Judson HS (San Antonio, TX)…was also recognized for several academic achievements.
