Pilgrim grinded out 14 kills in four appearances as part of a highly competitive freshman class in 2009. A strong blocker, Pilgrim provides depth on a UTD squad with seasoned veterans in the middle.

2009: Averaged 2.33 kills in six games…posted five block assists.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Uvalde HS (Uvalde, TX), where she earned First Team All-District three times…captained a team that won the district championship in 2008…won several district accolades, including Newcomer of the Year, Defensive MVP and MVP…was an honorable mention All-State selection…played six years on the Texas Terror Volleyball Club…volunteered in extracurricular activities, such as the 4-H Club, Boys & Girls Club of America and Habitat for Humanity.
