GEORGETOWN, Texas - The UT Dallas volleyball team finished the Southwestern Fall Invitational with a 25-15, 21-25, 25-13, 25-14 loss to Texas Lutheran at the Robertson Center Saturday morning.
The Comets' (2-2) match was highlighted by a second set win, where they hit .225 with 15 kills, while holding the Bulldogs (3-2) to a .158 percentage on nine kills.
For the match, UTD hit .140 with 42 kills, seven aces, two blocks and 62 digs. TLU hit .333 on 52 kills, 13 aces, seven blocks and 69 digs.
UT Dallas Notes
- Sophomore middle blocker
Laura See hit .500 with 11 kills and a pair of aces.
- Freshman outside hitter
Alina Strickler recorded her second consecutive double-double with 15 kills and 14 digs, both season bests.

Lauren Petty each added five kills.

- Shavonne Respondek recorded 21 assists and 12 digs.
- Julia Chew had 17 assists and 11 digs.
