RICHARDSON, TX (03.23.13) - The UT Dallas women's tennis team rebounded from a season-opening loss to win three matches over the weekend, including two home contests in American Southwest Conference East Division play.

The Comets (now 3-1, 2-0 ASC East) opened the weekend with a 9-0 at Howard Payne Friday before sweeping both Mississippi College and Louisiana College at home Saturday. Freshman Auvi Tran anchored the Comet squad with three big wins at No. 1 singles and also paired up with teammate Jean-Jean Gwo in doubles for wins.
