Box Score BELTON, TX (09.27.14) - The UT Dallas volleyball team closed out a rough weekend Saturday afternoon with a 3-1 loss at No. 23-ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor in American Southwest Conference play. The Comets fell to UMHB, 25-16, 25-22, 23-25, 25-18.

After a 4-0 start to league play, the Comets (now 10-4, 4-2 ASC) will look to get back in the win column Tuesday night against LeTourneau following a pair of road losses. Match time is 7 p.m. at the UTD Activity Center.

The Comets hit better than .200 as a team but had no player finish the four-set match with more than 11 kills. In fact, sophomores Michelle Toro and Holyn Handley were the only UTD players with double-digit kills as both had 11 kills in the match. Senior Taylour Toso had eight kills for the Comets. Junior Meredith Crawford led UTD with 23 digs while junior setter Kayla Jordan finished the match with just 31 assists.
