RICHARDSON, Texas - Molly Slowick joins the UT Dallas staff as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in August 2024.
Slowick comes to Richardson after serving as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Texas Tech University in Lubbock for a year. While with the Red Raiders, she oversaw multiple NCAA Division I compliance areas such as interpretations of bylaws, education, student-athlete eligibility, expenses and student-athlete employment. Slowick also assisted with research and compliance reports to the Big 12 Conference.Â
"We are fortunate to have added Molly to our staff from Texas Tech," said Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator Marci Alliosn. "Her experience working with a Division I compliance program will benefit our department as we transition into Division II. Molly's familiarity with all that is NCAA compliance will ease her transition to our role and be valuable for our department as we navigate Division II compliance such as awarding athletic scholarships and more in depth academic certifications. Molly has already left her mark, working diligently to educate herself as well as our student-athletes on NCAA Division II legislation. She is a very hard worker, has great attention to detail, and has hit the ground running to assist in building our Division II Compliance Program."
A 2022 graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech, she also served as an intern and graduate assistant in the compliance office. Slowick earned a Master of Sport Management from Colorado State University in 2024.
