RICHARDSON, Texas - UT Dallas graduate student Parker McCurdy was selected as the American Southwest Conference Men's Golfer of the Week on Wednesday.

McCurdy, from Seguin, Texas, wrapped up the fall portion of the 2024-25 schedule by tying for eighth place at the DBU Classic in Rockwall, Texas. He shot a 72-71-220 (+4), sank 11 birdies and finished six shots off the lead. His performance helped the Comets tie for third in a 12-team field that featured several top 25 squads.

McCurdy finished the fall with a team-best 71.27 round average, 41 birdies and three eagles. This is the third Golfer of the Week honors in his career.
