RICHARDSON, Texas - UT Dallas junior guard Luke Kiser was named to the Dave Campbell's Men's Basketball Non-DI All-Texas Defensive Team.

Kiser, from Burnet, Texas, was the American Southwest Conference Defensive Player of the Year and all-conference second team selection in 2023-24. Defensively, he recorded 59 steals for an average of 2.3 per contest. Kiser also had 9.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and and 6.1 assists per game. He ranked in the top 50 nationally in steals and stels per game.

The Comets went 19-10 this season, winning the ASC title and advancing to the Second Round of the NCAA Championship Tournament.
