WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The UT Dallas men's golf team finished the Midwestern State Invitational in 11th place at Wichita Falls Country Club on Tuesday.
The Comets, playing against several top 50 teams in Division II, placed ahead of conference rivals Lubbock Christian and #30 Midwestern State. They shot a 295-296-290=881 (+29) overall.
Tyler Durden continued his fantastic senior season by finishing one under par. He shot a 71-72-69=212 with 11 birdies and placed seventh.
Freshman
Banks Tessier finished with 10 birdies and a tie for 35th place with a 74-74-72=220 (+7).
Gabe Haslauer made eight birdies with a 227 (+14).
Hunter Wolfinger and
Cole Wiley each tied for 79th with a 230 (+17).
UTD will play again on March 30-31 at The Sam Proal in Pueblo, Colo.
