THACKERVILLE, OK (10.19.21) - The UT Dallas men's golf team wrapped up the Crusader Invitational Tuesday with a ninth-pace finish in the 13-team event, hosted by the University of Dallas at the Winstar Golf Course.

Freshman
Andrew Chow posted a one-over 73 on Tuesday to finish in the tie for 21st individually. Chow shot a 79 on Monday and finished with a 36-hole total of 152.
Davis Archer, UTD's leader after 18 holes, and
Cade Eldridge tied for 28th at 154. Archer posted a 77 on both days while Eldridge shot 78 Monday and 76 Tuesday.
Advait Chutke tied for 35th at 155 (78-77) and
Hudson Hicks tied for 41st at 156 (79-77).
East Texas Baptist claimed the team title with a 36-hole total of 586, six shots better than St. Thomas (592). Host Dallas and Howard Payne tied for third at 595.
Playing as individuals,
Daniel Shofner tied for eighth place at 147 (76-71) while
Davis Grindle tied for 55th at 161 (80-81).
Ryan Kropp shot an 81 on Monday before withdrawing from the event.
The Comets will return to action Oct. 25-26 for the ASC Preview, held at Nutcracker Golf Course in Granbury.
