RICHARDSON, Texas - UT Dallas graduate student Anna Yellen and senior Raven Busby were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must carry a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and play in 90 percent of their team's contests or start 50 percent of games.

Yellen, a guard from El Paso, Texas, earns the honor for the second straight season. She played in 27 games and averaged 6.2 points per game while recording 75 rebounds, 24 assists, 15 steals and 11 blocked shots. Yellen also led the Comets with 33 three-pointers made and shot 90.6 percent at the free throw line. Yellen is pursuing her MBA.

Busby, a guard from Forney, Texas, played in 25 games and recorded 95 points, 51 rebounds, 25 assists, 20 steals and eight blocked shots. She also shot 87.1 percent at the free throw line. Busby is majoring in Healthcare Studies.
